Things people ask before they subscribe.

Can I really pause my subscription?

Yes. Pause for a month or three months. Your choice. Your queue, brand assets, and AI workflow stay exactly where they were (it lives in your org account). Resume our service when you're ready.

What if I don't have enough work to fill the month?

Most clients underestimate how much they need. But if a month is genuinely quiet, you can either bank requests for the next month or pause. We'd rather you pause than feel obligated.

Why is Mission Studio almost double the price of Core?

Video, animation, and print require dedicated production craft and longer cycle times. The price reflects the format mix, not a "premium" upcharge.

Can I switch tiers month to month?

Yes. Start on Core, scale to Studio for a campaign quarter, then drop back.

Is there a minimum commitment?

One quarter. After that, it's month-to-month forever.

Do you work with for-profit companies?

Mission:Told works exclusively with social enterprises and nonprofits. If you're a for-profit doing aligned work, talk to us — we'll tell you honestly if it's a fit.

What happens to my files if I cancel?

You own everything we make for you. On cancellation, we deliver a complete handoff package: source files, AI prompts, automation flows, and documentation.

Do you offer a discount for annual prepay?

Yes — two months free if you prepay 12 months. We don't push it. Most clients prefer the freedom of monthly.
