The stage of your mission
shapes our partnership.

You are launching.

The org exists in spirit and on paper. The brand, the site, the donor flow: none of it ships itself. You need a creative team before you can afford a creative team.

You are growing.

You have a Communications Manager, Director, or VP. The systems are working but fragmented. The org is ready to compound, if storytelling, automation, and discoverability can keep up.

You are at scale.

The campaigns are bigger than any one team can ship. Microsites, short-form video, motion, landing pages: comms needs a vendor who can execute on the deadline, on the brand, at AI speed.

Whether you are founding,
growing, or scaling.

Use case 01 · Launch

Starting a nonprofit
on a founder's budget.

Include us as a founding team member, not a vendor.

You have a mission, a board, and probably a 501(c)(3) application in motion. What you do not have is a creative team, a website that converts, an email program, or the operational scaffolding to look credible to your first major donor. Subscribe, and we step in as part of your founding team to design and ship the digital experience system your mission needs from day one.

Who you are Founder, Executive Director, or board chair of a pre-launch or first-year nonprofit.
Where we sit Embedded as a founding team member. You point to a problem, we build the system that solves it.
What we ship in your first 90 days
  • A credible launch site with story, programs, donate flow, and board page
  • Donor email program set up: welcome series, lifecycle, first appeal
  • Discoverability foundation: SEO, structured data, AI answer-engine indexing
  • Automation backbone: donor follow-up, board reporting, comms agent
  • Brand system documented so the next hire inherits something real
Use case 02 · Growth

Partnering with your
Communications lead.

A senior creative bench beside the Comms Manager, Director, or VP.

You have someone owning communications. They are stretched. The site works but is not compounding. The CRM, the email tool, the analytics, the donor journey: they all exist, but they do not talk to each other, and nothing is set up for an AI-native workflow. We start with an existing-systems audit, then design a path forward that is optimized for AI-powered storytelling. From there we ship: standing up a community portal, launching microsites, expanding the current site, and tuning everything for SEO and LLM discoverability so your story actually gets found.

Who you are A growing nonprofit with a Communications Manager, Director, or VP in seat, and more story to tell than capacity to tell it.
Where we sit Partner to the Comms lead. We extend their bench, they keep the strategy, we ship the system.
What the partnership looks like
  • Existing-systems audit across CMS, CRM, email, analytics, content ops, and AI readiness
  • AI-native workflow design with voice, prompts, and automations tuned to your story
  • Community portal stand-up for member, donor, or program-recipient experiences
  • Microsites and site expansion: campaign hubs, program pages, conversion flows
  • SEO and LLM discoverability with structured data, answer-engine optimization, and technical health
  • Weekly working sessions with the Comms lead, async Slack and Loom in between
Use case 03 · Enterprise

Preferred vendor inside
a national nonprofit.

Skip the RFP. The subscription is the contract.

Your communications, marketing, and program teams are running campaigns at a cadence that no single internal team can keep up with. You do not need another agency relationship to manage. You need a preferred vendor your team can route work to without re-issuing a scope every time. We slot into the comms function as that vendor, executing campaign microsites, short-form video, motion, and landing pages on the deadline you set, in the brand you have built.

Who you are A large or national nonprofit running multi-channel campaigns: annual giving, capital campaigns, advocacy moments, conferences, program launches.
Where we sit Preferred creative vendor inside comms. Your team routes campaign work to us, we execute end to end.
What we execute, campaign after campaign
  • Campaign microsites: hubs, donation flows, advocacy actions, event registration
  • Short-form video: donor stories, program reels, social cuts, sizzle
  • Motion and animation: explainers, micro-animations, social loops
  • Landing pages and email: paid traffic LPs, lifecycle journeys, fundraising appeals
  • Print and downloadables: annual reports, gala collateral, one-pagers
  • Multi-brand support across program areas and sub-initiatives
  • Two parallel requests, 48 to 72 hour turnaround across formats

Same subscription. Different shape of partnership. You can move between them as your mission grows. Most of our longest relationships started in one mode and evolved through all three.

However you plug us in,
the first 30 days look the same.

Which use case fits a brand-new nonprofit?

The launch use case. We embed as part of your founding team to stand up the website, donor email program, automation backbone, and discoverability foundation your mission needs to look credible from day one.

Do you act like an outside agency or like part of our team?

Both, depending on the scenario. For launch-stage nonprofits we embed as a team member. For growing orgs we partner with the Comms lead. For large orgs we are a preferred vendor executing inside campaign deadlines.

Can a Communications Director keep their existing tools?

Yes. The audit starts from what you already use (CMS, CRM, email, analytics) and recommends an AI-native workflow on top of it. We do not force a migration unless the current stack is actively in the way of your story.

What does "preferred vendor" actually mean inside a large nonprofit?

It means your comms team can route campaign work to us (microsites, short-form video, animation, landing pages) without re-issuing an RFP every time. The subscription is the contract.

Can we move between use cases as we grow?

Yes. Most orgs start in one mode and evolve. A launch engagement becomes a comms partnership. A comms partnership becomes campaign execution. Switching tiers is one click.

Do you take on multiple campaigns from the same org at once?

On Mission Studio, yes. Two active requests in parallel, with multi-brand support across program areas. For peak campaign weeks, we plan capacity ahead through the queue.

We'll start shipping the same week.
